The founding of this relatively new institution actually began at Greenhills 2009. A company called John and Ernest Connecting Continents Inc. was formed in order to address the marketing needs of businesses across the United States. The company catered to SME projects that were mostly outbound telemarketing from Health products, pharmaceutical, real estate, loans, and a lot more. Offices in London, UK were also opened to handle similar programs. However, due to the realization that the demand for this field was rapidly increasing, the company directors decided to expand and establish an independent company in the Philippines called John and Ernest Connecting Continents Inc. Within a brief period of time, John and Ernest Connecting Continents Inc. successfully managed to outsource their projects to centre in the Philippines.  Furthermore, their tremendous success and capabilities prompted the company to launch not one, but two contact centres in the Philippines, one in Manila and one in Davao, to fully accommodate the needs of their clients. Recently, a fully equipped 200-seating contact centre was established in Greenhills, Manila to further actualize the company's vision. Each of these developments manifest the spirited determination of its people to create an awe-inspiring instruction.
