Therefore, we utilize a large number of our time and energy to ensure that our employees constantly develop their knowledge and skills through education and training. We crafted a series of training programs for our company's use. The subject-matter of each program varies, depending on the current level and skill of the employee. We have training programs for new employees, sales agents and even managers – new or old, training is a necessity. Currently, we have 4 training programs. The first is designed for the newcomer, to enable him or her to adapt to the needs of the company. The second is designed as a refresher course for regular employees, to remind them of their roles in the company and to enable them to realign themselves towards their goals. The third is designed to further develop the communications skills of workers, and the last is a leadership program for managers. These strategies are exist to ensure our clients that John and Ernest Connecting Continents Inc. is a progressive and innovative company, and that all members are highly trained and skilled, no doubt proving our commitment to this business.
